Beware of Cracky MOTO X 2 nd generation
I purchased a MOTO X 2nd generation for 24K(offer on big billion day) through Flipkart and was lucky to use it at least for 4 months(some were able to use it only for a week). At the time of purchase, I was ignorant that even a fall from a height of one feet is enough to break the so called Gorilla glass of this phone.
After sale service of Motorola is very poor. It is also interesting to note that the service centers for Motorola ie B2X at various places charges different rates at their whims and fancies(from 15K to 25K for the display replacement which is not covered under warranty- I was asked to pay 23k by Ernakulam service center) which this motorola has no control. It is better to call these centers as motorola looting centers rather than calling it as service centers.
Motorola customer care also never gives a straight answer regarding the repair and service charges rather they will only direct you to the motorola looting centers. The MOTO X 2nd generation cost is 32k(MRP) and an additional 25k must be there in pocket(for replacement of display) before purchase of the set as there will be no body who wont drop the phone at least once in their usage. If not they will have to firmly fix it on the hand with a paste. So the total cost to the owner of a MOTO X2 is 57k for which a branded phone like Iphone 6 and above can be purchased and used for even a decade. Go for a Moto X2 only if you are sure that it wont slip from your hand. Once it slips, even from height of one feet is enough to break the so called Gorilla glass. So think twice before you go for a MOTO X 2nd generation because you should not get cheated and looted by these Motorola crooks
