This is one of the first flagship phones I used. And I loved it. The phone looked beautiful and I’ve still kept it at home even though I don’t use it. But, the touch gave me a lot if problems. The screen turned unresponsive too often. People talk about how their phone fell from 2nd floor and survived. But, my moto x used to become unresponsive even if falls from a height of 1.5m with a rubber case on. I had to restart the phone immediately several times for it to work. One time I failed to do this and I was in a fix. Thankfully, it was under warranty. The moto service center was really helpful and repaired the phone under a day. They told it was a problem with some chip inside and that it is sorted. Barely a month and I faced the same problem. It was out of warranty and the service center people told me that they have to replace the chip again which makes me wonder what they did when my phone was under warranty. Anyway, moto x is a decent phone. I probably got a defective price and faced a lot of problems. Hence the low rating.
