I am just writing this review to warn everyone before they spend their hard earned money on MotoX. I agree to all the features listed online that its a pretty awesome phone but there’s a catch. It’s an awesome phone with a very fragile screen.
I was really happy with the phone and was loving all its features but then one day it fell from the bed. I did not throw it with force but it just dropped from the bed 1.5 feet below and the screen cracked. The gorilla screen that’s supposed to be durable.
Well I was still ok as I thought I’ll just get it replaced. Took me a while to locate the Service Centre in Pune.
Now can you guess the price of the screen?
It’s 13000 rupees to replace it. One can buy a new Moto G in that price.
The screen is not available anywhere else in India even gaffar so I’ll need to spend 13000 to get it repaired.
So guys please be careful. It might be a good phone but if you drop it accidentally which we all do, it’s going to cost 13000 to repair the screen.
So take an informed decision. Don’t just go by the specs online. And please google Moto X before buying because screen gets Damaged
I am regretting my decision, don’t want someone else to do that too.
