This is an horrible experience with my friend of Moto x Style.
It was just a month, and because of the manufacturing defect, the second slim slot wasnt working.
My friend approached the service center and described the defect. Motorola gave the assurity that the phone will be repaired and returned within 7 days.
Now the current scenario is that its already past approximately 3 months and my friend yet has not recieved his handset back.
He has written end number of mails, and called customer care like hundered times, but still his case isnt yet resolved.
Motorola sucks at its after sale service.
And moreover, there was a sudden drop of 5thousand ruppes in the price of the phone.
