Well like to talk abt the MPX 220.I eagerly made this decision to purchase this phone but I think I should have thought more.Over all its a gud phone no doubts about its features but some typical problems are there with this phone. Firstly the speaker volume is low (talking of Cingular 1.43ROM, there are many available like the asian rom etc..). Its audible only in quiet areas, other wise very difficult to hear.. even if kept on vibrator and ringer. Secondly the most imp one the earpiece volume is very low and it can’t be changed any way. Or else u have to try some other versions of ROMs. Its barely audible in busy areas .U can go with low speaker volume but with a low earpiece volume it impossible to talk on that phone. SO planners going for this phone think again before buying. Also camera is not of gud quality.I had a few registry edits and it seems it has improved a bit also the speaker volume.... But the earpiece volume ......
Thats most important thing in this phone... Other things in this phone are audio and video recording facility .. Real one player.. etc. So plan out first before buying this phone... If u are a motorola fan I will suggest L6 or L7 or Razr or pebl.... The cost is around 10000/- no head set with it.. datacable and cd are available..no fm ...bluetooth , infrared available no edge.

If possible try some samsung pieces like D500 etc thery are quite good..
