Extremely user UNfriendly

When I decided to change from Nokia, Motorazr seemed like a good option - had all the advance features and looked good too. Little did I know that right from transfering my contact details from old phone to this one, trying to hear/talk to someone speak from its Speaker, or even sending a simple SMS will turn out to be a night mare. Worse still if you are speaking using the speaker, you cannot disconnect simply by shutting the flap, you first have to turn the speaker off. In addition the volume of the speaker is so low that in a room full of people you can barely what the other person is saying.

If someone calls you, whose number has been stored in the SIM instead of a phone, the phone does not recognise the number, worse still it gives messages like 1 missed call 0 unknown despite the number being stored in the phone. The process of number storage itself is very cumbersome.

While it harps pn iTunes, what it conveniently forgets to inform you that you cannot buy iTunes from India!

The product may be stylish but the product quality leaves much to be desired - speaker phone that does not work, battery that dies within 2 months of purchase and the real cheapness is demonstrated in the gift watch that stopped working within a month. When I took it to a watch repair centre (of repute), I was told that the assembly was of such bad quality that it lasted as long as it did!

So anyone who is listening, don’t buy Motorola phones espcially MotoRazr
