V3i is a great new update to the RAZR line

My Samsung D-500 was getting to be old-after 4 months and my daughter kindly took it fom me for free, now was looking for something really stylish, and stylish is Motorazor. But looking at Motorazor I realised the limitation of having a VGA cam inferior to even my D-500 and of course limited memory of Motorazor, and this made me look at V3i, with its 1.2 MP cam and memory expansion slot. The purchase price 1 month ago turned to be 11.5k with bill and with a 256 MB card thrown in, actually quite enough for my needs. The specsof the V3i have been recounted by all, but briefly they are-

98 x 53 x 13.9 mm, 65 cc 100 g TFT, 256K colors 176 x 220 pixels, 9 lines, 35 x 44 mm   - Second CSTN display (96 x 80 pixels), 65K colors

  • Anodized aluminum case

1000 entries, Photo call

microSD (TransFlash) , up to 512MB   1.23 MP, 1280 x 960 pixels, video

Bluetooth, Mini USB

This new rendition of the Razr phone is amazing! A mega-pixel camera and ITunes, are great new additions but the real amazing part which excites me is the new voice controls.

I’ve had around 8 different phones in the past 5 years (including the original razrs) and this is the smartest ever.

The voice control is intuitive. You simply say "name dial" and then state the person’s name, the phone reads back the name that you said and then you specify "mobile, home, or work" and it dials. No training of people names. You don’t have to do anything!!! Simply press the voice control button on the phone (or blue-tooth) and then state the name ALL NAMES AUTOMATICALLY, NO TRAINING!

Sorry if I sound overly excited about this, but Motorola’s previous voice controll was terrible. This is the only phone I’ve had that you don’t have to train for contact names.
