I purchased a Motorola T190 after switching 3 different mobiles in a span of 1 month. Initially I used a Mitsubishi Trium Mars, but due to rains, it was blown out and I had no other option but to go in for a new handset. I tried out Alcatel, Ericsson and Nokia 5110, but finally switched to a brand new T190. The reason for me buying this model is the compact and sleek looks.
As for performance, I am totally astounded by this little thing. Some of the valuable information include:

Only thing that is to the drawback of this phone is that the custom ring composer, is to advanced to understand for the user who does not know about Musical Notes. It is in this aspect that Nokia scores better. Also, the compact nature of the mobile is a drawback in a way as it takes time for you to get used to the small keypad.
Overall, If you are not concerned about the ring tone composer, Go ahead and buy a T190!
