Though I generally don’t have time to watch this cartoon a lot, however, my son is a great fan of them and because of him it is always running during my son’s TV hours. So, I have to watch it also sometimes. From what I have seen in some of the episodes, I can tell its good for the kids as good and evil are shown in a childish way so the little ones get a feeling of good and bad things minus the gory adult way. Hilarious names like Fufuri Nagar, where Motu and Patlu lives, Ghasita Ram, Inspector Cningam, Dr. Jhatka etc are very amusing for the kids. I feel that the director should improve the graphics a bit, the voices given to the characters are great.
It would be very interesting to know that Motu and Patlu was first premiered on Indian television on the 16th of October, 2012. Apart from India this popular cartoon have been aired in countries like Indonesia(2014-2015), Bangladesh(since 2015), Nepal(since 2015), Pakistan(2015-2016) and Sri lanka(2016). Apart from many telefilms, there was also a Motu-Patlu movie by the name Motu Patlu: King of Kings released on 2016.
Overall its good and hence very popular with kids all over India. If I have to rate this show then I would give 8 out of 10 from a kid’s point of view.
