Heh. Nice observation but not even by a long shot. Motu Patlu has been made out of an old comic series in India which came long before One Punch Man. And I’m pretty sure the Mangaka doesn’t know how to read hindi to even have encountered the character.
Other than their appearance, nothing about them is similar.
