Mouchak the name itself remind us about mouthwatering sweet. Mouchak is near Elgin road is one of the oldest sweet shop and it’s near la Martin school. I used to visit mouchak many times for many occasion. It’s famous for its mishti doi or sweet curd.
Presently condition has come down but then also it is one of famous. Beside mishti doi it’s having jolvora, chomchom, kaju barfi, pantua sandesh in different sizes, nalen gurer sandesh, soanpapdi these are the best. The shop is centrally located near main road. It’s not big shop. People generally take away sweets from here. Mouchak actually a chain of sweet shop.from last 4 decades it’s running. No doubt sweet it’s very fresh and yummy. Definitely mishti doi should be tasted.
