MS points should be credit faster at least within 48 hour or less time. This will encourage reviewer to participate more and more.
Reviewer must be informed about MS points that how much for which review. This will help reviewer to improve his work. fro example I wrote 9 reviews and receive 140 MS points. Now I cant decide for which review I was rewarded.
Reward for negative and positive review must be the same otherwise reviewer will biased towards negative side for more points.
