Hi mouthshut.com team! I had written some comments and given some ratings after you updated my points to 312 MS Monday afternoon. But, on the same day evening after writing comments and doing some ratings, the MS points reduced to 297 MS instead of increasing. I waited till midnight for it to get changed but it was not updated. I also received an e-mail stating that I had to redo a review about "Madras Cafe in Thygaraya Nagar" and submit again for mouthshut on the same afternoon(Monday). I completed that and submitted. Till now I didn’t receive any e-mail of acceptance. Kindly give your feedback because my review is posted in the respective restaurant name. Yesterday(Tuesday) I didn’t do anything in mouthshut.com. Today in the afternoon I started writing comments and ratings and the MS points increased from 297 to 327 and after that I added one or comments/ratings. But did not get any rewards. When I signed in in the evening my points had come down to 315 MS from 327MS. Can you please explain about the happenings. Also, I have written whatever I experience in the day today life with the products and got some valuabe comments in my reviews. I felt very happy that I can give my reviews and help others to decide where to have their requirements to their heart full. The website is a good initiative and many people have got good things because of the site. On Monday, the points suddenly increased and suddenly started dropping down instead of increasing. Please send me why my points have not been updated and also please specify whether there is any specification for number of comments and ratings to be given in a day. Awaiting your response!
