The concept of sharing reviews with each other on a particular product across many categories is simply unique in it’s own way. But guys you need to improve on your website a little more.
Here I will point out the Plus Points and Minus Points in a Brief Description;
PLUS:-
#1 Satisfying Customer Service & Support
#2 Easy to use
#3 Website loading time is fast and review postings are hassle free
#4 Wide range of Products to Read or Write a Review.
Now the Negative Ones.
MINUS:-
#1 Don’t have any EASY way to know if my review got approved or not.
#2 Sometimes I did share the reviews on my TWITTER account but did not get any MS- POINTS for that(Even I shared the reviews that I already shared earlier but my bad luck; s still not getting any points!)
#3 There’s no certainty when you will get the MS-Points after posting the reviews Sometimes you get those instantly sometimes it takes a long period of time.
Please improve upon this points as soon as you can not only me but many of your members may facing these problems right now.
