Mouthshut you must screen the service providers responses, because you mention that tikona is working closely with mouthshut to resolve queries. I tried a lot of things than I found to tackle with tikona they just have customer supports to solve queries, but they will behave like they were not aware of any issues they will just try fool by providing the same information. than I found mouthshut where it was mentioned that they look into the matter by giving written information I thought now I will get some information in brief but its the same here only one automated message nothing after that.
you must also take some steps so we feel that "mouthshut is something or someone who took a different path to help the people or customers over the issues they are facing".
Its been 5 days! Here I received a response from tikona now u can watch urself my issue hasnt resolved yet and no update on the same and on 7th March they will ask for Bill aishwaryasingh23ment. What you guys think they should get.

the engineer assigned when I contacted him he said sir, you just take out the box and dont use thats the only way to save your money because it will not resolve. now where is the so called response from tikona " CORPORATE RESPONSE".
