Hi all, I’m a silent member here. I don’t care about points! I don’t want to be a star writer here.. I am seeing this website as an outsider.
There are 200 reviews about the pro’s. So i’m concentrating on the cons..
The website design is cool. We get immediate updates.. The write review column is very easy to use.. Its simpler than the ’’editing’’ at wikipedia.org. M2M is a nice idea even if I have not used it! So everything is fine about the design!
MS-is it a blog? MS projects itself as a consumer feedback community. But MS is turning out to be a huge Blog. Reviews can have a bit of personal touch. But its in excess. And at the end, there is nothing about the product. Of course, there are some good reviews. You have to find it out browsing thro thousand bull shits! A review should be rational not passionate. You have to tell the pro’s of some movie u hate.. But many people here blast the movie if they dont like the hero..
So MS people plz write more sensible reviews on the product. Write your personal feelings in ur blog..
Star Writer ? How does a normal writer become a star writer? Points are assigned for writing reviews. Rating reviews.. commenting on reviews... ok Everything is fine! But do all star writers write reliable reviews? I’m getting into specifics folks! sorry!
I remember reading one review on dairy milk that compares it with dog s. And that is by a star writer..
And another, who has blasted the movie black, coz the title is in english and the film has anglo indians.... and ther are lot more.
MS team should give star writer status to people who write unbiased and rational reviews. Star writer should not be based on the number of reviews written. Quality of the review ( ratings assigned) should also be considered.. and MS has to review the reviews written. Also, why does the website need a photo for being a star writer? I dont see any reason behind it. Or is it true, MS people consider your looks.. and people trust you and assign ratings seeing your face..
On the whole, MS is a good website.. but it has too many flaws.. Hope it corrects it..
