Much before FB, Twitter, etc, came, It was MouthShut that helped many of us decide on buying products. Even to this day, it is one of the key reference points while deciding on any product or service.
Thanks to the entire MS team for holding strong in the competitive environment and reinventing based on the changes in the ecosystem.
I have one suggestion to the team: Instead of just being a place to read reviews, why not provide links to the services/products when they are available. I would like to site the example fo "Zomato" here. They provide reviews to various restaurants, etc. In addition, they provide links to order food or menu, etc.
I feel, MS could have easily been the go to place if in addition to reviews, the links are also present right on the website.
