This can be treated like a review on the website itself. I am a newbie to this website - and I am not aware of the review-writing tips or rules. I just felt that this site needs some more categories as many people visit this website to validate the worht of the products they want to purchase. This should not be restricted to commercially available products alone but also commercially available services also.
With a lot of people relying on the home-service provider agencies for availing cooks, baby-sitters, maids, I feel that this famous site should also have reviews on such agencies. Many of these agencies just get a huge commission up front and never serve the customers properly after that or never followup after they provide a maid/cook etc - for service. I am myself a victim of two such different agencies! I am sure many nuclear families are in need of their service and each one would have had a horrifying experience with these agencies. I would request mouthshut.com to bring this out
