This my first blog or review on MS and the best way to start is to write about MouthShut.I am the founder and chairman of MovieMart.I used to see MS ads behind the auto rickshaws and used to wonder what is this site about, Didn’t really got the time to browse this site.
One while searching about my industry(On line DVD rental) I came across reviews being written about MovieMart.Since then I kind of became regular to check the website and read different reviews about goods and services.
This gave us great first hand knowledge about the customer grievances, For example a simple thing like replying the customers emails, which I have noticed lots of companies selling goods and services on internet are not doing it.So we made it a point to reply every email on daily basis.We simply don’t go home without replying customers quarry.
We also try and make sure that we don’t sleep if we have any unsatisfied customer, no matter what it costs to us.All this learning came from our regular browsing thru customers reviews on MS.Also I have noticed that people are using MS about posting their complaints.We should also let other people know about products and services which are good.Although they just doing their job right and they are getting paid for giving good service but still there are few good and we should all know about those.Once again thanks MS and my compliments to Faisal for taking the initiative to launch this forum because consumer courts have failed in this country and companies will shape up only if they loose customers because of awareness about their bad product and services.
I will be regular in writing reviews about products and services I come across on daily basis.
