Seriously, first when I saw this concept, I was amazed and delighted, I thought it would be a hastle free experience, but, sadly it wasn’t so. I have many problems, and I am listing them out here,
Time taken to approve KYC documents of customers. It has happened to me that, I have uploaded the documents two times and still am waiting for the approval.
Time taken to credit MS points in your account. It is taking 4-5 days atleast to get my MS points score updated. I understand all the hardwork to review a review, but honestly, 4-5 days, its a long time.
Lack of Transparency. As they do not tell you why your review has been deselected for write share win contest. What are the standards, that we haven’t been able to follow, I think a consumer should know this. And which all review have already been awarded and which all are in queu for approval should all be listed so that a consumer be inspired to know what his hard work is going through.
I don’t understand, why this feature is not there, to let everyone know which of there reviews have already been awarded, its a very basic feature to have.
What is keeping me in this app alive is its concept only.
