Before the advent of these review sites, their was no way to know beforehand what you will be getting when you buy anything, except only the companies’ promise.
The companies used to take your money and then if you have a complaint you would find yourself talking to someone who had no inclination to help and if he had, he would be powerless to do so. And at times we feel cheated, just plain cheated.
And sometimes the service is so good that you have to tell people to go ahead. Mouthshut is doing a very good job in addressing all these needs.
