It need service from 2 years. no response, nobody comes to service it. What kind of depth and network of eureka in all over India. Their product is available in our town but no after sale service is there
What should the consumer do. I wrote many times to eureka. I called them also. Nobody comes. Is this not their duty to provide after sale service my issue is unsolved. But the mouthshut has tagged it resolved. They dont ask me, Then how they say it is solved
Who will decide consumer corporate or the community. When my machine is not working how the matter is solved. How they do it. It seems they are corporate friendly not consumer friendly. What is it, Please clear. I want answer. Please tell me if I am write or wrong
