Waiting for resolution of KYC document.

Have been writing reviews from past six months and reading them also. Earlier they used to make payment very fast, but I am facing issues now a days.


My payment is in hold for past more than two months and stucked. No one is replying to the concern also. They are rejecting my transaction by saying KYC document is not approved. Even though I had uploaded as per the noms for more than 4-5 times.


Customer care is not replying to the query, what is the exact reason for which they are disapproving the KYC and every time asking me to upload once more.


In case they can sort out the same and resolve the concern I can start rewriting my reviews, as I have stopped doing the same for past two months.


Hope they will look into the concern seriously this time and resolve my issues ASAP.


THEY DISAPPROVED MY KYC FOR THE 7TH CONSECUTIVE TIME WITHOUT GIVING ANY VALID REASON. I HAD LOST MY COMPLETE TRUST ON THESE PEOPLE.
