MouthShut_Official is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I see MouthShut is allowing brand managers to respond and resolve issues. I think there are loopholes(may not be intentional) that can work in favor of bad brand managers.
In this case the bad brand manager is country club. They are on a social media management spree. They created a profile a days back and answered on all the reviews in last 15-20 days . the reviews are a few years old. For example, my review is 6 years old.
Also the company can resolve the review. Then they can fudge their metrics . say . 99% issues resolved. I think resolution should be in control of the author of the review.
I am saving my review at MouthShut offline. so in case it removes or overrides my review, I will post it on some other site. Or maybe I will write a blog.
