Rating: As opinions vary, so does the definition of rating here, which is quite normal. I however rate my reviews on quality first(of the review, not of the product)& the depth of information imparted in the review. My experience of a product adds up to my judgement in rating a review. But if I have no clue about a product, I simply ignore it or just rate it on the quality of the review written.
Writing: Mouthshut has displayed to me, a unique set of writers with excellent writing skills. Each one with a distinguished style. Some of the reviews are very well worded and thoughtfully crafted. I admire talent and never hesitate to point it out. I however feel there are still many who deserve to become Star Writers.
Lastly I would like to add that this is site which looks for truthful, original, personal opinions and experiences from the writer. Articles copied and pasted from the web, spoils the entire meaning of the portal.
All in all Mouthshut has still a long way to go but as for its present it is a wonderful way of relaxing and reading, sharing, meeting new people and learning about new products in the market worldwide. Sounds interesting. Doesn’t it? Well, once a member you wouldn’t be encouraged to keep your Mouth Shut though!!
