I don’t know if I can write more than one review on the same thing but I am going to give it a try. I wrote about Mouthshut when I first joined and in a couple of days I will have been here for 2 months so I thought I would write how I feel about it now and mention a couple of things that I have now noticed.
I love the site and love writing here. The people are very friendly and helpful and there is not a lot of bickering going on like there is on some sites.
I have made some friends here and have developed quite a list of people I read. Yesterday I only received 4 alerts and today only 2. Each person that I have on my trust list I also have it set to alert me when they write a new review but some times the alerts do not work.
When I loaded e-mail and seen this today I knew something was wrong so I am in the middle of going through my trust list and checking everyone to see if there are more articles that are new to read and I am finding quite a few. This happened to me once before. I just wanted to let you know that if you don’t see my name on your articles you will as doing it this way is a slower process.
I have also discovered the community center which I never had before and found some interesting things there to read. If you haven’t visited it yet please do. It is very informative.
I have found that dealing with the company has been pleasant also and when I have a problem there is genuine concern and it is taken care of in a timely manner.
I love the advice category that was added and have learned many things from the articles written in it. I have also found in suggesting a category they are very fast to put it up.The staff are really good about these things and very interested in the members which you don’t find on other sites.
I loved this site when I joined and now have become addicted to it and even when there are problems I know things will be corrected as soon as they can.
I am happy to be here. There are many great reviewers here. Far to many to list but if you notice my trust list there are many and I am sure there are many that I haven’t found yet.
I try to every week look around for new writers and check some out. I also try every day to check the advice section as I often find new people there and I like to read everything in this section.
I do want to thank everyone for making me feel right at home here.
