Mouthshut is a good website for users to remove their intention but I always had 2 complaints from them.
Mouthshut allows a customer to write a review about a company only 1 time. He can only update it afterwards. The issue here is that mouthshut have partnered with companies for welfare of customers and even users get revert from companies like snapdeal here. But a customer may face issue with a company more than once and second time he updates the concern . there is no response from partner companies?
Mouthshut is asking for Users Id proof and bank details to reedem their awards. I really doubt if their intentions are really right, why don’t they allow users to use MS points to shop or use them to add money in e wallets?
I don’t want it to happen but there are times when big companies like truecaller get attacked . customers data is at risk. Bank details and Id proofs mean a lot .
I would love to be regular on Mouthshut If it understands my concern.
