After reading through user feedback about the app, thought its geniune and would make some points.
I have done 4 reviews and each review was shared on facebook and Whatsapp account, which was read by friends and family. Instead of receiving approximate 300 points, guess what? I received 40 points and I waited for few days to receive what I deserved but no luck ! and I would seriously not care even if they deduct the 40 points which I got.
Mouthshut is making money from each brand, as they are getting their reviews without giving our rewards.

CONCLUSION: Useless app, Regret spending precious time writing the reviews.
