There is a big noise in online DVD rental area.Mr.Ambani has come with Rs 500 crore investment.Nimbus with 150 crore , Seventymm 40 crore.So I thought to closely study these business and decided to actually enroll myself as member of all three services to compare.
To my surprise except MovieMart none of the service came upto my expectation. .Bigflix1. is good if you want to walk up to the store and collect your own movie.They are the cheapest.Although collection on the website looks huge but actual stores do not carry more than few hundred titles. 2.Website design and functionability is good. 3.If you are looking to avail home delivery service , you are in for a big shock.They haven’t got it right yet. Seventymm-1.
Except website this company has nothing right. 2.service is bad. 3.disc quality is not checked and you end up getting scratchy discs lot of time. Moviemart 1.This is a small company as compared to Seventymm and Bigflix, but these guys seem very passionate about their business.Delivery boys are very polite and enthusiastic. 2.Customer complaints are handled very promptly and efficiently. 3.Discs quality is good, no problems. 4.The website is great.This is the only service which allows you to select your own movies.You actually know what you are getting.No queue system. I would recommend Moviemart over anyother service if one cares for good service and don’t mind paying little more for the excellent customer service.
