I am coming back to modify my initial bad experience with Moviemart. I had rated Moviemart.com as a bad experience, but repeated follow up by Moviemart by Pradeep( their manager?) and its owner Suresh, has made me change my mind. They do seem to care about their reputation and customer experiences.
While I did face hiccups initially in choosing my choices of Blu ray discs, and then there were delays in the courier( AFL, which is really not the fault of Moviemart.com) delaying the blu ray delivery even further. But that is all behind me, now. I am hoping my future rentals will be much smoother, as assured by Pradeep and Suresh from Moviemart.
Hopefully Moviemart will not prove to be another 70 mm like company, and will be more successful in providing a dependable and affordable DVD/Blu ray rental service, and also become successful enough to expand to more cities like Bangalore.!
