I was in Delhi till last year and earlier I was member of Madhouse which was taken over by Seventymm.I was terribly disappointed with Seventymm service, then I saw Moviemart ad in local news paper.I joined the service and used it over six months.
Their customer service was amazing.They are always eager to help the customers.Any complaints resolved right away.emails were replied promptly.The best part is how they are able to keep their prints quality so good.I had used services of many libraries in the past but never seen such well maintained quality of prints.Why I am writing this after one year?because I moved to Hyderabad and currently using Bigflix service.Its same like Seventymm.
I was missing Moviemart service.I was hoping that they will open their branch in Hyderabad soon.I sent them a email and as usual prompt came the reply that they are serving Hyderabad thru TNT courier.This came as a surprise to me to rent movies thru courier, then I guess people around the world are using DVD rental service thru post so in comaprision courier must be better.I went for it and took a 3 DVDs plan at Rs 749 per month.All courier charges for delivery and pickup paid by Moviemart.I get my DVDs next day.i am getting the same service except the same day delivery.
THE BEST PART IS I CAN SELECT MY OWN MOVIES, NO FUNNY QUEUE SYSTEM.I am using the srvice since last one month and I am very happy again.With Seventymm and Bigflix I didn’t know what I am getting.Everytime I used to get a mail"Keep your rental queue long" and I will very rarely get what I want.In a nutshell EAST OR WEST MOVIEMART IS THE BEST.
