Recently(20 days back) I brought vivo v3. there is indication said "system update available", so I installed the update "funtouch", Now suddenly by phone went black. Tuning on off switch also not responding. I thought it may be the battery problem, so charged my phone nearly one hour. It is not at all turning on. There is no option to take out battery or restart option. could you people please tell what is/are the problems.

The phone looks good but no conference call facility is there. flip cover open and lockscreen open option is there. Phone is a show piece. option of switching of the phone disappears and finally the capacity of battery does not even enough for 12 hours
