I think this company is much sutiable for the employees how is looking for only salary. Here no job satification. You cant learn/ Explore any new technology.
Mostly all the projects are support and that too EDS/HP onsite will Manage the project. Freshers please do avoid joining this company, if you join here, after 2 yrs you cant value yourself in the market you will be stuck with Support projects. Nothing is good here Poor Management. Internal Tools are Hell no process.
I doubt how they got the CMM level 5. Our central gov employees will do more work than the Mphasis HR people. Overall My suggestion is don’t waste your time in attending any interviews with Mphasis, such a Dump Company.
