This is just ot share my experience of working with Mphasis, an EDS company, which is now, EDS, an HP company. Thank god for this.(It is expected to be better after Hp bought it) Well, talking about it, I’ve never seen a workplace, which still follows the heirarchy very strictly and rudely You gotta be very silent or discreet in order to not get into a terrible situation. The management thinks that they are those greek gods and all the people working for them are their slave Also, when it comes to being accountable, you can certainly prove your worth in this organisation by making more and more excel sheets about the pathetic figures and stats and saying a yes to all the managers dumb decisions and thoughts. They say they are professionals. Well, not to be rude, most of the EDS employees round the world don’t know how to behave with their respective collegues.
Something more, that they have two faces to show you, well most of them. It was a really sad experience working in EDS, and am still waiting for managers fake jazz about my exit and clearance formalities that’s still is pending to be termed as done. He never really answered my call, after I was done telling him the reason for leaving the organisation. Also, the management has a tendency of looking in one’s personal life and getting jealous. There was one of my senior colleague, fat and ugly, and thought that he is tech zcar... also wanted me to think on the same line. A rather short supervisor, very much interested in where I roam in the nights. Like all this was really, really sick for me.
