I was in Mphasis for about 8 months and I would like to share some of my experience with you. First of all I joined this company because few if my friends were here so I gave it a try and got selected for banking process.
I liked the infrastructure
I found the hiring process which was far better than the other companies.
As far as the crowd is concerned I was lucky to work in a professional environment with amazing team coaches and trainers
Transport is something which could be a concern as they are vendors.
If I talk about management you might find it challenging at times.
As it was a banking process so there was no room for error.
If you expect growth then yes you need to be smart and get yourself noticed.Period.
Salary was at par and infact more than its fellow employers
They do follow whistle blower policy
Its a corporate but dont expect or compare it with Google.
I would say its a nice place to work or gain some experience.
If you need something you have to get it done, dont expect much from the management.
At last I would say it has a nice crowd but if organised could create an army.
