Unethical:
This company is unsafe for the women employees. There is a big network operating within the Mphasis which exploits the women employees. They have so called whistle blower policies. They recommend to drop the complaint on the drop box. But the drop box with be kept behind the security and the camera will be watching the drop box.
In HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT GROUP:
The HR policies are very inhuman. They have many policies. But reality bites. Everything is against the employees. Once you get trapped here, your life will be screwed up. The will not allow you to live.
The CHRO history is basically from the hotel industries. This about the culture he will try to calculate here within Mphasis. No moral, no ethic and nothing. They have a bench policy which will kill every body. It is like a slow poison. It will allow you to die peaselessly. Many such incidents are happened in the company and it has not been published in media.
Overall...it is an unethical and unhealthy place to work. Mphasis management cheats the Hewlett Packard like any thing.. That is the reason the HP is not willing to have a relationship with Mphasis. In future, HP dont want to encourage Mphaisis. Do please dont get into the trap of this Company. The CEO has by himself got the best CEO award by asking the 40000 employees to vote for him. Such a cheap mentality these folks are.
Don’t ever trust on Mphasis and you life is at RISK.
