My old ford ikon had a problem in central lock - left back door was not closing. accidentally, worst luckily I remembered the MPL ford in saligrammam behind bharani hospital. 1st day we went in at around 11.30a.m. I asked whether the problem can be solved?
How much it can cost? they asked me wait for the technician to come. after 2 hrs & a little voice, answered the technician went out. so we are asked to come the next day. 2nd day, we waited for 1 hr, then the technician came and estimated rs.2000 + labour charge + service charge. so I denied & asked to do only water wash, which cost rs.300 + tax. for getting job card for water wash.
I waited another 40 min & returned to lunch as the day b4. they told me the car will be ready at 2pm. I called at 2, he told car will be at 2.30pm. usually I have leave for my job at 2.20pm. so I told him, that I will take the car tomorrow morning. 3rd day, I went at around 9.30a.m. after seeing me they started cleaning and around 11a.m, they told me the car is ready. I saw the car was not cleaned well outside. the crow’s dried shits were sticking to the body. then they cleaned it again. exactly I returned to lunch. I learned many things from there.
any problem/delay, u’ll be given readymade reasons.
whenever u come, they will send u to lunch perfectly.
water wash - do it yourself, self will be better.
better go with coffee, snacks & if possible with lunch - to get ur car delivered quickly.
engineers are trained to show they are busy. but u can see no work will be completed.
service - costly, delayed, worst, etc, .
