My kind advice please dont buy ford vehicle, they are having very bad service. No respect to Customers. One more thing regarding MPL Ford’s irresponsible and anti-customer behaviour
They were quick if I am paying the money, but refused (not even delayed!) to replace the burst tyre for which the Ford company has to pay (New Car)
I wonder why on earth a USB cable has to cost me Rs 1200/-. When I mentioned this at MPL Ford, they were simply passing the responsibility to Ford, saying that it all depends on Ford pricing.
