I have ordered birthday cake for my daughter’s first bday to Mr.Brown outlet in hosaria chouraha, Gomtinagar, Lucknow.These people are not professional and don’t know how to decorate a bday cake.We have customised our order and clearly explained the look of the cake V want to the manager taking the order. He had promised us that, cake will b in the same look what v wanted. But when we took the cake for delivery on 2 Nd we are shocked to see that it was not the same what we were looking for. They have changed the colour of the flower without even consulting us over phone. Peacock feather was to be put streight but it was found reversed.The manager is very rude.Don’t admit his mista pike of not calling us before any changes. Finally we were forced to take the delivery since the guest were waiting. These buggers have totally spoiled our mood that day.I will definitely not recommend this outlet to any of my friends.Price is also but costly.
