The biggest guilty feeling I feel I did to my car was giving it for service to Maruti service masters (Guindy).
It was time for my car to get serviced, and moreover, while changing gears, felt slight shaking, so that got me landing the car in MSM. I normally gave my car to ABT Maruti in Saligramam as there was a technician we knew personally, but recently, he left Chennai to settle in his native place.
So that gave a chance for MSM to dig our pockets. I was shocked to get the bill of 5.5 k and the most disgusting experience is that the condition of the vehicle has become worse. The shaking still persists, gears have become very tight, steering tight, pick-up very bad; overall I don’t feel comfortable riding my car now.
Only plus point about MSM is trained and well-behaved staff.Would never recommend anyone to this place. They phoned us after two days to know if we were satisfied and said would sent their staff soon to attend to the gear problem, but till now, no one landed up.
