This feature is useful so that if the user’s account is hacked, his contact list can remain safe. MSN is the fastest of all the messengers. The emoticons that MSN uses are just superb and have a wide variety. The font colour and style can also be changed. Adding contacts is also easy if you know your friend’s hotmail or msn mail address. Besides the voice conversation in MSN is very convenient. PC to PC calls are free of charger. But for using this service, both the computers should have a sound card and a headphone. PC to Phone calls are charged but they are very cheap. For using that service you should have a net2phone pay card. Long distance calls can also be made using MSN. The voice is very clear and there are no disturbances. All the options in MSN are very simple and user friendly. Even a person using chat software for the first time can operate MSN easily. If the user has problems in using the MSN, he can send a mail to the site and his problem is taken care of. Files like pictures etc can be sent through messenger. But I would always prefer it through mails because MSN does not have a scanning service for direct file transfers. Emails and SMS messages can also be sent through messenger.
