I am very unhappy with the services provided by Shivneri AC buses. Although Shivneri is preferred more than a Rs.2oo Neeta AC Volvo I don’t think the services are anywhere up to the mark. In 3 consecutive incidences the AC in the Shivneri buses that I traveled conked out.
I have NEVER watched a single movie in the LCDs installed in the buses. Sanitation is extremely poor. The curtains are never washed and even stink. Even the seats are unclean. I don’t understand why I pay Rs.355 on my WEEKLY travel by Shivneri buses. This is very frustrating and needs immediate redressal. Expecting a revert if you guys value your customers.
