We bought POS Terminal from Mswipe as they were offering low transaction fees and no monthly rentals for POS machines. The machine got installed within a week in semi urban town which was good initial experience. But after putting in use, we started facing issue like lesser amount credited to our ac, more transaction fees, monthly transaction targets and all. But the issue which created too much trouble for us was frequent transaction failure. In this care, the amount was being debited from customer’s card every time but the same was not being credited to our account.We have to raise issue everytime and had to wait for more than 15-20 days every time. I had stopped using this machine after we faced too many transaction failures and would not recommend this one to anyone. Rather you should take HDFC or SBI POS terminal which are offering competitive rates on transaction and no monthly targets.
