This mobile network is the part of one of the most commonly known brand Mtnl 3g who are working very hard and delivering always best and increasing rapidly.
Firstly, this is such a poor mobile network which is not working in my area and also it does not provide well service in West Bengal because I visited there once and there also it’s network strength is as worst as in my state approximately 20%, and the mobile internet works very slow in both states.
Everytime it has issue in using internet. As the network is sometimes not stable ans strength goes to 0% . And also when network strength is less I have to go to the third floor of my house because on ground floor network strength goes approximately at 10% but then I use customer support service who does not help us properly and the customer representatives are moderate communicative.
And the issue is not solved fastly. I have experienced this mobile network and used but now don’t want to use anymore. It is not good to use. I wouldn’t suggest the members of Mouthshut to use this network.
