I had purchased this sim for home use as many of our relative have mtnl landlines. But using this sim was horrible. It was a bad experience for me. This sim doesn’t have proper network coverage in Mumbai itself. It is better for those who stays nearby mtnl office or service Centre. In Mumbai it show roaming in some places and start charging money accordingly if used for calls or message. While buying the sim they just said it is best and will update you about new offers and schemes. But I haven’t been updated to any such messages. They just fake us or cheat us. And after a year when I go to service Centre regarding issues or problem they just say to come later on and sometimes speaks harshly. That’s why government services will be government. There are no new schemes and offers now. And sometimes it confirm new service automatically and deducted my Rs 500 in total for such thinks without my confirmation. They just say that you have done so. Internet charges are too high and call rates are also high. I just suggest you not to use this sim card and if you have one throw it in thrash because it is useless having this sim. Have a another sim card instead eg Tata Docomo and all.
