It is a good connection.You cannot rely on its network all time .Any other like Hathway and Bsnl would be better.The internet speed is not good-You cannot get a steady connection.The speed keeps on fluctuating.There is not a steady internet speed.The connection and reliability is ok, it is not as good as it can be.Sometimes the connection is not there.It is not at all expensive.If you want something at this cost it wouldn’t be possible.It is cheap and so there is no proper connection and internet speed.The service and support is good.You get instant reply for your complains.Sometimes there might be different experiences.I am a MTNL customer from 5 years and not have experienced any bad thing.
