Hey guys this is Deepanshu today I will share my experience with u all. I am using MTNL broadband from last 3 years and I am facing many problems.1. Connection speed, _ - there is no speed in my wifi. If I want to download an movie of size like 1Gb it takes time like 4-5 hours.2. Connectivity, _ - whenever I do some important work over internet , my wifi always gone. It is not 1-2 time incident. It happens with me most of the times.u can’t trust an mtnl broadband. Even in daily life wifi doesn’t connect with my cell phone it shows wifi is saved many a times. Ihave to switch off the wifi and turn ON then wifi connects.3. Price, _ - the price I am paying right now to mtnl , in this price I am getting 20mbps speed from other companies.4.customer service, _ - whenever rain comes mtnl network always go down , internet does not work in rain. Whenever I call to customer care I can’t talk to customer care executive before 2-3 times I called. And then the engineer comes to fix the problem after 2-3 days.
