Hi folks, hope you enjoyed the day. Well I am sahil from new delhi amd here I want to share my own experience of using mtnl broadband service. I brought up the mtnl service for my home purpose and I used mtnl phone from last 10 years or more than that. Mtnl has a good brand name in market. But if you are planning to take broadband service of mtnl for your home or commercial purpose then this post would be good for you.
I faced few problems which I am sharing with you like first is their connectivity problems. Signals are very low even if you stay in first floor. Speed is not so good as well as if you used youtube on phone it always buffers. I took their 1 mbps plan but truth is 1 mbps is only a surfing speed and you almost get 1/3 part of this speed of you going to download anything.
Wiring issue is also a problem here like if your phone is away from your wifi router so used to long cable to connect and it was looking not so good.
I recommend you to go and check other internet service providers which gives you good service.
