MTNL broadband is the cheap and best broadband for Delhi users, I have been using MTNL broadband from past 4 years and my experience is good with MTNL broadband, I’m using PPUL 590 plan it is basically a prepaid plan in which you have to buy a recharge coupon ( same as your mobile recharge coupon) worth Rs.590 that last for 1 month which gives 2 MBPS speed and download speed upto 250kbps.
Pros:
1-Cheap
2-Surfing speed 2 MBPS
Cons:
1-Customer care centers are worst, they don’t give you any satisfying reply
2-If you request for any line related problem then the line man would take 3-4 days to come to rectify the problem.
3-You can only buy recharge coupon from Mntl sanchar haat, and sometimes they don’t even have it.
