I used MTNL 3 years before when I started using my pc so I thought that government company will be more reilable & here I made mistake.i took a plan 512 kbps of 600rs
at that time.first one or 2 days it worked like a charm but after that daily I faced problems like.breaking of signal, Modem failure, power failure, speed problem.when we try to call customer care they don’t even know how to fix the problem.they sent a old man at my home.he was 55+ so what we can expect now from them.and their call rates are very high.
So I gave up on MTNL & decided to remove it but when I went there they asked to write a letter and submit to them.After submitting they told me to bring all all modems and wire.i thought I would get some money back but I was wrong.they told me to pay 100rs extra for closing my service.there is 3-4 buildings of mtnl office which have different departments.i thought I had to give all things at one place only but no they send me one building there they took only wire & other stuff but told me for telephone go to other building.i was so frustrated at that time I cant express now.MTNL staffs are so old you cant imagine they are 60+ & still working there.dont even try to think to use it you will lose your Rs 3000+.worst company in the world.!
